Does my phone support eSIM?

Most phones made after 2019 support eSIM: iPhone XS and newer, Google Pixel 3+, Samsung Galaxy S20+, and most current Android flagships. The device also needs to be unlocked from your home carrier.

What does 'unlimited with throttle' actually mean?

Mango never cuts your data. If you hit the daily fair-use threshold for your speed tier, your speed drops to 1 Mbps for the rest of that day. Maps, WhatsApp, and most browsing still work fine. Full speed resets at midnight UTC.

How does refund work if activation fails?

If your eSIM fails to activate within 24 hours of purchase, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Message us on WhatsApp and we'll sort it immediately.

What are your WhatsApp support hours?

We cover 20 hours per day across EU, Americas, and Asia-Pacific shifts. Response time is typically under 5 minutes during business hours. No bots, no tier-1 scripts.

Can I keep my regular phone number active?

Yes. Dual-SIM devices let you keep your home SIM active for calls and SMS while using Mango for data.

Can I pause my subscription between trips?

Yes. Pause anytime from your account — your subscription billing pauses until you resume. No fee to pause or resume.

Terms of Service

Mango is a service of Lifecycle Innovations Limited (Hong Kong Company No. [HK_COMPANY_NUMBER]), a company incorporated in Hong Kong, operating Mango as a DBA (trading name). Payments are processed by Healify USA LLC as Stripe Merchant of Record on behalf of Lifecycle Innovations Limited. Support: support@mango.talk.

1. Who can use Mango

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase an eSIM plan. By placing an order you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. Plans are for personal, non-commercial use only and are non-transferable.

2. What you're buying

Each Mango plan gives you mobile data access via an embedded SIM (eSIM) on partner carrier networks in the covered countries. Plans are sold as a specific duration (e.g. 7-day, 30-day). Your plan validity starts the moment your eSIM first registers on a network — not from the date of purchase.

Coverage availability depends on local network conditions and regulatory rules. We make reasonable efforts to maintain coverage but cannot guarantee signal quality in all areas or at all times.

3. Unlimited data & fair-use throttle

Mango plans are marketed as “unlimited” for standard personal mobile broadband use. To keep the network fast and fair for everyone, we apply a fair-use policy:

High-speed tier: up to the fair-use threshold included in your plan (shown at checkout).
After the threshold: speeds are reduced to a minimum usable level (typically 512 kbps — enough for messaging, maps, and light browsing). Your data is never cut off.

Throttling is temporary. Speed may restore automatically within 24 hours at carrier discretion.

4. Prohibited uses

You may not use a Mango eSIM to:

Resell or share your data allocation commercially.
Run machine-to-machine (M2M) or IoT traffic at scale.
Send bulk SMS or automated messages.
Access services in countries subject to US OFAC sanctions.
Conduct any activity that is illegal under the laws of your home country or your destination.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if we detect prohibited use. No refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Refund policy

We offer a full refund if you request it within 7 days of purchase and your eSIM has not yet been activated (i.e., has never registered on a network). Once activated, plans are non-refundable.

To request a refund, email support@mango.talk with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your eSIM fails to activate due to a fault on our end, we will either re-provision a working eSIM or issue a full refund at your choice.

6. Device compatibility

eSIMs require a compatible, unlocked device. Check compatibility before purchase. We are not liable for purchases made on incompatible or carrier-locked devices. A list of compatible devices is available in our help center.

7. Payments & pricing

Payments are processed by Stripe on behalf of Healify USA LLC (Mango's Merchant of Record). Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes do not affect already-purchased plans.

8. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and software on mango.talk is owned by Lifecycle Innovations Limited or its licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mango's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the affected plan. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, missed connections, or business losses.

We are not responsible for connectivity issues caused by local network outages, device incompatibility, government-ordered shutdowns, or regulatory restrictions in your destination country.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the revised version at mango.talk/legal/terms with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence requires otherwise.

Payments are processed by Healify USA LLC (a Delaware company) as Stripe Merchant of Record on behalf of Lifecycle Innovations Limited. Payment disputes are governed by Stripe's terms and applicable US payment network rules, but these Terms as a whole remain subject to Hong Kong law.
