Every plan has a daily high-speed allowance, from 500 MB/day up to 5 GB/day depending on the plan. Past it your speed drops for the rest of the day, between 128 kbps and 1 Mbps, and full speed returns at midnight UTC. You are never cut off and there is nothing to top up.
